INSTRUCTIONS: Anchor each strap to wheelchair with Easy Tie Knot. Place patient in chair. Attach in front of patient with hook and loop. side release or Cam buckle.

CLEANING AND MAINTAINING
Dry clean or launder at less than 280F. When decontaminating bloodborne pathogens. use bleach while laundering.
STORAGE
Store away from heat greater than 280F or open flame.
