INTENDED USE: To maintain handcuffed person's wrists at waist. Use only as specified in the instructions.

INSTRUCTIONS: With restrained person's hands cuffed. wrap the beltaround the waist. Pull tail end through keeper and adjust to fit snugly. Hold in place and lock with padlock. Uncuff one arm. feed cuff through D-ring. and reapply the cuff to secure.

NOTE: Do not use for prolonged periods of time.
